At Carter Jonas, we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship. As such, only applications from candidates who already have the right to live and work in the UK can be considered.
Carter Jonas operates a direct sourcing model for most of our recruitment. However, we also partner with a group of carefully selected Preferred Suppliers (PSL), with standard Carter Jonas Terms of business in place, on particular positions. Our Terms outline a clear, agreed process around role briefing solely from the Talent Acquisition team and submitting CVs via our Agency portal. Given our PSL relationships, we do not accept speculative or unsolicited CVs submitted to Carter Jonas (including to our hiring managers). We will, therefore, not be liable to pay any fee for CVs or profiles submitted directly to anyone within the business.
